📝Participation Requirements

📅 Profit Day

To qualify a day as a Profit Day, the following conditions must be met:

• The combined realized and unrealized PnL at the end of the day must be ≥ 0.5% of the initial balance.

• This value is calculated daily based on the current balance at the beginning of the day, but remains fixed at 0.5% of the initial balance.

Example:

• Initial balance = $10,000

• Current balance = $10,100

• To count as a Profit Day, the end-of-day balance must be at least $10,150 → A profit of $50 is required, calculated from the initial balance, not from the current one.

📉 Daily Drawdown (Max Daily Loss)

• On any given trading day, the current balance must not decrease by more than 5% of the initial balance, relative to the starting balance of that day.

• This limit is recalculated daily, based on the beginning-of-day balance.

Example:

• Initial balance = $10,000

• Beginning-of-day balance = $10,300

• Max daily drawdown = $500 → If at any time during the day the balance drops below $9,800, the account is immediately disqualified and access is revoked.

A negative PnL from the previous day (e.g., -3%) does not affect the next day's limit — each day is evaluated independently.

📉 Max Drawdown (Overall)

• The maximum allowable total drawdown during the entire challenge period is 10% of the initial balance.

Example:

• Initial balance = $10,000 → If the balance ever drops to $9,000 or lower, the challenge is failed, and the account is terminated.

🚀 Challenge Stages

Phase 1 Challenge

• Goal: Reach 5% profit (realized PnL).

• Profit Days: At least 3 days with daily PnL ≥ 0.5% of the initial balance.

• Failure Conditions:

  • Daily Drawdown > 5%

  • Max Drawdown > 10%

Phase 2 Challenge

• Goal: Reach 8% profit (realized PnL).

• Profit Days: At least 5 days with daily PnL ≥ 0.5% of the initial balance.

• Failure Conditions: Same as Phase 1.

💼 Funded Account

Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, the trader must:

• Achieve at least 5 Profit Days within each 14-calendar-day period.

• Maintain all risk parameters during this period:

  • Max Daily Drawdown ≤ 5% (based on start-of-day balance)

  • Max Drawdown ≤ 10% (based on initial balance)

Breaches on Funded Account

• Missed Profit Days Requirement:

  • Account remains active, trading may continue.

  • Withdrawals are not allowed until the requirement is fulfilled.

• Violation of Risk Limits (Daily or Max Drawdown):

  • Immediate account termination

  • Trader loses all accumulated profit

🔄 Transition Between Phases

When moving to the next phase:

• All open positions must be automatically closed at market price.

• All pending limit orders are automatically canceled.

🔒 Account Termination

In case of account termination:

• All open positions are force-closed at market price.

• All pending limit orders are canceled.

• Access to the account is permanently revoked.
